The Personalised VA is run by Moira, an Australian-based VA in NSW. Moira brings over 20 years of experience in running franchise businesses, administration, IT support and bookkeeping, and for the past 4.5 years she has been the VA for a psychology practice, working in Halaxy every day. As your dedicated VA, she learns how your practice runs, so your clients always reach someone who knows it.

Who We Work With
We support solo and small practices of up to three practitioners, in major cities and regional towns across Australia. That includes psychologists, counsellors and social workers, as well as physiotherapists, OTs, massage therapists, naturopaths, personal trainers, and Pilates and yoga teachers. Moira works remotely, so it doesn't matter where your practice is or whether you see clients in person, by telehealth or both.

Why Moira Created The Personalised VA
After 4.5 years as the VA for a psychology practice, Moira saw two things up close. Reaching out for support can be a big, vulnerable step for clients, and the way that first call or message is answered matters. And after a full day of sessions, practitioners often don't have the time or energy left to return messages and keep on top of admin the way they'd like to.
At a time when more practices are turning to AI receptionists and automated replies, Moira believes clients still deserve a real person who knows the practice. She also believes no practitioner should have to keep doing it all alone, or watch their admin seep into their evenings and weekends. So, she created The Personalised VA to look after both the front of house and the back end of a practice, giving practitioners more time for their clients and their clients the care they deserve from the first point of contact.
